Mobile chipset specifications and benchmarks
A mobile chipset identifies the processor platform inside a phone, tablet or embedded device. Its model name does not specify the device's installed RAM or storage. Use these records to inspect CPU specifications and PassMark scores, then check the device manufacturer for the exact configuration.

How to find your device's RAM and storage
- Open Settings and find About phone or About tablet. Record the exact model number. Menu names vary.
- Check the device's memory and storage settings. RAM and storage are separate capacities.
- Look up the exact model and variant on the device manufacturer's support or specification page.
A processor's supported memory type does not establish how much RAM the device maker installed.
What do mobile CPU benchmarks tell you?
Single-core and multicore scores help compare CPU workloads within the same benchmark. They do not measure the complete device experience, camera quality, battery life or game frame rates. Cooling, software and memory configuration can change the results. Our CPU pages link to the source record and show when the data was retrieved.
